A sign out at the intersection of Telegraph, almost a mile from the church, had me thinking that it would have great wayfinding. But that was the only sign until you got inside the cafeteria. Small menu signs were hard to read and they needed a menu sign when you got your food, because it was easy to forget the choice of sides by the time you paid to the front of the line. A bit of a line right at 5:15, but not bad. No line after 5:30. Pay first and then stand in line. Honor system for desserts. Styrofoam plates, but plastic cups and they do encourage recycling.
Food:

Average, pre-breaded Cod. Side were OK too: mac and cheese, beans, corn, and spaghetti. The exception was the cole slaw which was outstanding! Choice of creamy of vinegar style cole slaw. Catfish and shrimp also available. Clam chowder was a different and welcome option. Homemade desserts!
Value:

Great value, maybe one of the best! $6.50 for adult plate with 3-sides, dessert and drink included. Drinks were tea, water, and orange drink. Kids plates for $4.50. Kids got 3-sides too.
Atmosphere:

Cozy cafeteria was the right size for the crowd. Felt more like a family re-union size crowd. Very friendly, a greeter greeted everyone as they came in. School kids were prompt with table clean up.
Overall:
3 out of 4. Not high ranking on the food, but value and friendliness gives it a 3. Cole slaw was a highlight. Plus, one of the few churches with a comment card on all the tables. Any fish fry who looks to self improve deserves a high score.
