Signs on Watson and every corner got our hopes up for good wayfinding, but menu wasn't well displayed. Plates were styrofoam. Service and line were fast, however.
Food:

Cod at first seemed average, but grew on me. Its breading was subtle. Sides were OK. Potato salad was from containers. Other sides included cole slaw, fries, green beans, and mac and cheese. Other entrees included frog legs, jack salmon, and shrimp. You could also mix and match.
Value:

$7.50 for adult plates, $5 for kids. Free for kids under 4! Dessert included, but only water and coffee included.
Atmosphere:

Crowded by 5:30. A group was actually waiting for our table so they could find a place to sit. Older crowd seemed a little more quiet. Adults and kids cleaned the tables. Cafeteria for seating plus overflow seating in classrooms.
Overall:
2.5 out of 4. Good, but maybe my expectations were too high. Frog legs were unique, but food was just OK. Atmosphere may have been hurt by 1960's style cafeteria.

They have the best frog legs and cat fish in town.
